Innerhalb weniger Sekunden werden alle Informationen mit Hilfe unserer “magnetic coupling technology” schnell und zuverlässig ohne schwierige Stecker, Adapter oder Zubehörteile auf die KAMELEON 8 übertragen. Dies bedeutet, dass die KAMELEON 8 niemals veraltet sein wird, gleichgültig welche neuen Produkte Sie in Zukunft kaufen werden.

Telefonische Nachladung

Als Alternative ist es möglich unseren Kundendienst anzurufen, und einer unserer Kundendienstmitarbeiter hilft Ihnen beim Nachladevorgang Ihrer KAMELEON 8. Um sicherzugehen, dass das Nachladen glatt verläuft, sollten Sie folgende Schritte durchführen:

1.Notieren Sie, bevor Sie uns anrufen, den/die Markennamen und die Modellnummer(n) Ihres/Ihrer Gerätes/Geräte an der dafür vorgesehenen Stelle.

2.Rufen Sie den Kundendienst an und teilen Sie uns mit, welche(s) Gerät(e) Sie auf Ihrer KAMELEON 8 hinzufügen möchten.

3.Nachdem unser Kundendienstmitarbeiter den/die Markennamen und die Modellnummer(n) Ihres/Ihrer Geräts/Geräte notiert hat, wird er/sie Sie bit- ten, Ihre KAMELEON 8 an den Hörer Ihres Telefons zu halten (siehe Diagramm). So werden die für Ihr Gerät benötigten Informationen inner- halb weniger Sekunden über das Telefon auf die KAMELEON 8 übertragen. Bemerkung: Drahtlose Telefone, Lautsprechertelefone und Handys werden nicht empfohlen.

4.Nachdem Ihre KAMELEON 8 auf diese Weise nachgeladen wurde, sollten Sie noch kurz am Telefon bleiben. Unser Kundendienstmitarbeiter wird sich vergewissern, dass Ihre KAMELEON 8 richtig auf Ihr/Ihre Gerät(e) eingestellt ist, und er/sie wird sämtliche Fragen Ihrerseits beantworten.
