Adjusting the Picture

You can adjust the picture quality and store the setting you have adjusted on memory 1-5.

1During playback, press [MODE] repeatedly to select "HD Picture Control" or

"SD Picture Control", then press [ENTER].

“HD Picture Control”:

Effective for the video signal of VIDEO OUTPUT (COMPONENT) jacks (480p, 720p and 1080i) and HDMI OUT jack.

“SD Picture Control”:

Effective for the video signal of VIDEO OUTPUT (COMPONENT) jacks (480i), VIDEO OUTPUT (VIDEO) jack.

2Use [K/ L] to select a memory from “Memory 1” to “Memory 5” to store your setting, then press [ENTER].

The setting remains even you turn the unit into the standby mode except unplug the AC cord.

ICR is the abbreviation of Intelligent Color Remapping.

Qdeo True Color Processing (QTC) dynamically expands 8-bit video to use the full dynamic range offered by 10 and 12 bit displays, eliminating contours while preserving detail.

Qdeo True Color is adjustable and effective when this unit is connected with the display device which is compatible with Deep Color.

If you press [MODE] during playing back Netflix / CinemaNow / Blockbuster, picture control setting will not appear on the TV screen, but the selected setting is available. Please adjust the setting when another mode, then play back Netflix / CinemaNow / Blockbuster.
