■Tuning into Stations by Frequency

You can tune into AM and FM stations directly by enter- ing the appropriate frequency.

2		Press the [MEMORY] button.
	MEMORY	The MEMORY indicator appears and
		the preset number flashes.

3 TUNING PRESET	While the MEMORY indicator is
	displayed (about 8 seconds), use
	the PRESET [ ]/[ ] buttons to
	select a preset from 1 through 40.

1	Press the [RECEIVER] button,
	followed by the [D TUN] button.

MEMORY

Press the [MEMORY] button again to store the station or channel.

The station or channel is stored and the preset number stops flashing.

Repeat this procedure for all of your favorite AM/FM radio stations and XM channels.

D TUN	(Actual display depends on country.)
	The [RECEIVER] button flashes.
2	Within 8 seconds, use the num-
	ber buttons to enter the fre-
	quency of the radio station.
	For example, to tune to 87.5 (FM),
	press 8, 7, 5.
	Note: While the [RECEIVER] button is
	flashing, the input source cannot be
	changed by using the remote controller.

You can store a combination of up to 40 of your favorite AM/FM radio stations and XM channels as presets.

1	Tune into the AM/FM station or
	XM channel that you want to
	store as a preset.
	See page 40 to select XM channels.

1 TUNING PRESET	To select a preset, use the PRE-
	SET [ ]/[ ] buttons, or the
	remote controller’s CH [+/–] but-
	ton.

■Deleting Presets

1Select the preset that you want to delete.

See the previous section.

2While holding down the [MEM-

TUNING ORY] button, press the

MEMORY MODE	[TUNING MODE] button.
CLEAR	The preset is deleted and its number
	disappears from the display.
