Setting Accuclock to a Specific Station

The Accuclock function normally uses the FM station

 

with the strongest signal to set the clock. If the clock

cannot be set properly using that station, you can spec-

 

ify which FM station the Accuclock function uses. This

 

must be an FM station that supports RDS CT (Clock

 

Time) information.

 

TIMER MEMORY

 

Press the [MEMORY] button.

While the clock is being set, “WAIT” flashes on the display. It may take a few minutes to set the clock. When the clock has been set, the message “CLOCK ADJUSTED” scrolls across the display, then the day and time are displayed for a while.

Setting Accuclock to a Specific Station TUNING/PRESET Selecting 12- or 24-hour Clock Display

Before proceeding, turn on the T-433.

Notes:

If the clock does not set correctly, specify another FM station and try again, or set the clock manually (see page 21).

If you don’t want the clock to be updated automati- cally each day, you can turn off the Accuclock func- tion (see page 15).

Selecting 12- or 24-hour Clock Display

TIMER

Press the [TIMER] button.

“CLOCK” appears on the display.

If the clock has already been set, a timer option appears instead. In this case, you’ll need to press the [TIMER] button repeatedly until “CLOCK” appears.

Before proceeding, turn on the T-433.

Switching the Clock Display On or Off While on Standby

Press the T-433’s [DISPLAY] button.

Use the TUNING/PRESET

[The default setting is 24H.]/[Hint: ] buttons to tune into the FM station.

The RDS indicator appears when tuned into an RDS station, as shown.

Hint:

If you press the [MEMORY] button, the T-433 will automatically search for a suitable station.

When the clock display is turned off, the ACCUCLOCK indicator goes off.

Displaying the Clock & Day of the Week (remote controller only)

Press the remote controller’s [CLOCK CALL] button.

CALL

Press the [CLOCK CALL] button again to turn off the clock and day of the week display. You can save energy by leaving the clock display turned off while the T-433 is on Standby.
