CLR_CMOS	3-pin	CLEAR CMOS	2-3: CLEAR
			Before clearing the CMOS, make sure	CLR_COMS
			to turn the system off
ME_DISABLE	3-pin	MEDISABLE	1-2: NORMAL.	1
			2-3: CLEAR
