6Make the settings according to the case to be used.
zTo use when starting the computer
An SD memory card will be registered with the computer. (Up to two cards can be
registered.)
AAdd the check mark for [Use when starting computer] (B) and select [Next].
BSelect [Restart the computer after entering settings], then select [Finish].
CEnter the Supervisor Password.
zIf the Supervisor Password has been set
Enter the Supervisor Password, then select [OK].
zIf the Supervisor Password has not been set
Follow the on-screen instructions to set the Supervisor Password.
Enter the Supervisor Password, then press
Tab
.
Reenter the Supervisor Password for confirmation, then select [OK].
Select [Yes] on the confirmation screen.
[Supervisor Password] and [Password on boot] will be set to enable.
zTo use when logging on to Windows
The Windows logon user name and password set in [Control Panel] are registered
in the SD memory card.
After making this setting, the following functions will be disabled.
zDisplaying the Welcome screen
zThe Fast User Switching function
zRemote desktop connection
AAdd the check mark for [Use when logging on to Windows] (C) and select
[Next].
BSelect [Restart the computer after entering settings], then select [Finish].
CSet the Windows logon user name and password.
Enter the user name, then press
Tab
.
Enter the password, then press
Tab
