Storing Caller List Information in the Directory

You can store numbers that are in the Caller List in the directory.

Make sure the handset is in the standby mode.

1 Lift the handset off the base unit and press (Ý) or (Ü) to enter the Caller List.

2 Press (Ý) or (Ü) repeatedly to find the caller you want to store in the directory. Press FWD/EDIT (ß) (Yes key).

a)If a name is not required, press (Ý) (Next key) and FWD/EDIT (ß)

(Save key).

b)If a name is required, enter the name (p. 34). When finished, press (Ý) (Next key) and FWD/EDIT (ß)

(Save key).

step 2. Press (FUNCTION/EXIT/CH) to exit the list. To erase other stored items from the directory, see page 41.

³You cannot store caller information in the directory if a phone number is not displayed.

For New Zealand Users:

Your telephone service provider may charge you for a local call when it is dialled with an area code prefix. If the charge for local call is unacceptable, only the 7-digits of the local number should be dialled from your telephone. Do not dial the “0” prefix or the area code digit.
