“No link to base.

Place on cradle and try again.” is displayed and an alarm tone sounds.

³You are too far from the base unit. Move closer and try again.

³Place the handset on the base unit and try again.

³Plug in the AC adaptor.

³Raise the base unit antenna.

The unit does not work.	³Check the settings (p. 10–13).
	³Charge the battery fully (p. 11).
	³Clean the charge contacts and charge
	again (p. 12).
	³Install the battery properly (p. 11, 49).
	³Place the handset on the base unit and
	unplug the AC adaptor to reset. Plug in,
	and try again.
	³KX-TC1851ALB and KX-TC1851NZB
	are not designed to be used with rotary
	(pulse dialling) services.
Static, sound cuts in/out,	³Locate the handset and the base unit
