Transferring Calls toAnother Handset
The intercom can be used during a
call to transfer an external call
between handsets that are registered
to the same base unit.
For example, when handset 1
transfers a call to Handset 2:
Handset 1 -
During the call, ZZNN.
Ïis displayed and the call is put on
hold.
ZZBB(desired handset
number).
A ring back tone is heard until
Handset 2 answers.*
Handset 2 (ringing) -
ZZor NNto answer.
Handset 1 & Handset 2 -
(Have conversation).
Handset 1 -
ZZ±±to release the call for
transfer
OR
ZZNNto connect to external
caller again.
To transfer the call directly, without
speaking to the other handset:
Handset 1 -
at *.
Handset 2 -
Z‰.
The transfer is complete.
If the transferred call is not
answered within 30 seconds,
Handset 1 will ring again. Z‰ to
answer the call.
Conference Calls
During a conversation in an external
call, you can make an intercom call
to another handset and then combine
the calls together to establish a
conference call:
Handset 1 -
During the call,ZZNNthen
ZZBB(desired handset
number).
The call is put on hold.
If there is no answer , ZN to
return to the caller.
Handset 2 (ringing) -
ZZor NNto answer.
Handset 1 -
ZZCCto establish the
conference call.
Handset 1 or Handset 2 -
ZZ±±to end the conference call.
