Problem | Cause & solution |
Noise is heard while | L If your unit is connected to a telephone line with ADSL |

| L If your unit is near noisy equipment such as computers |
| or fans, you may not be able to hear easily the other |
| party’s voice. Turn off noisy equipment on both parties. |
Short silences, echoes, | L At the beginning of a call, both parties should speak |
