PC Connection

PHOTOVU LINK Driver (Optional)

An image recorded on the DV Tape can be transferred to your PC (Personal Computer).

Connection

1 Turn off your PC.

2 Connect the Palmcorder to your PC (Windows) using the PC connecting cable (optional: PC Connection Unit (PV-DRS2, p 46)).

Before connecting the Palmcorder to the PC, make sure the PC power is off to insure that images are transferred properly.

3 Turn on your PC.

4 Set the Palmcorder POWER to VCR.

Note

For extended periods of use, it is recommended to use the AC Adaptor as a power source.

Refer to PC or Windows manual to identify which COM port is to be used for connection.
