ªAbout Recovery
When you access to a card in MPEG2 mode and faulty control information or play list
information is found, the following messages may appear. (When activating the recovery
function, it may take time depending on the error.)
Recovery of control information:
[Found error in control information.
Recommend to connect AC adapter.]
After the above message, the confirmation
screen [Repair data now?] appears.
[Yes]
When connecting to AC adaptor or the
remaining capacity of the battery is
enough:
#The management information is
recovered properly.
When the remaining capacity of the
battery is low:
#[Please connect AC adapter or change
battery.]
[No]
#[Control information error. Cannot use
this card in MPEG2 mode.]
Deletion of PlayList:
[Found error in PlayList. Delete error
PlayList now?] or [Found error in
PlayList. Delete all PlayList now?]
[Yes]
When connecting to AC adaptor or the
remaining capacity of the battery is
enough:
#The play lists with errors or all play lists
are deleted.
When the remaining capacity of the
battery is low:
#[Please connect AC adapter or change
battery.]
[No]
#[PlayList error. Cannot use this card in
MPEG2 mode.]
≥When you recover files, you can record or play MPEG2 motion images again. Therefore,
be sure to follow the instruction. However, when the recording time is less than 1 second
in Fine or 1.5 second in Normal, the movie files cannot be recovered.
≥When you delete error play lists or all play lists, you can record or play MPEG 2 motion
images again. Be sure to delete them.
≥If you recover the data recorded by other equipment on the SD Video Camera, the data
may not be played on other equipment.
