To keep your Panasonic Television in good working order please observe the following warnings and cautions. Please be careful with this television. Like all electrical equipment it can cause serious injury or damage if it is mistreated.

Danger

Do not insert foreign objects. (Keep metal or easily inflammable objects out of this television).

Danger: High Voltage

Do not remove the rear cover, as High Voltage components will be exposed.

DO NOT touch the aerial cable and metal parts of the television when there is lightning around.

During storms switch the television off. DO NOT leave in standby. Remove the plug from the wall socket.

Do not place any containers of water or other liquids on or near this

television.

Danger

Always pull the plug out of the wall outlet by holding the plug itself.

Do not pull the plug by the power cord.

Danger

Do not alter the power cord. Do not use if the power cord or plug is damaged or if the plug does not fit tightly into the socket.

Do not allow the power cord to come into contact with flame or hot surfaces.

Do not place heavy objects on the power cord.

Remove the Power Plug from the

 

wall socket when the Television

 

is not going to be used for an

 

extended period of time.

In the advent of unusual

television Off and remove the

 

power cord from the wall socket.

 

Then call the Television Service

 

Centre: this may reduce the

 

possibility of expensive repair

 

costs.

Turn the power OFF before connecting other electrical equipment.

Any external aerial should be installed by a reputable qualified installer and should comply with Australian Standard AS1417.1.
