¯If upon completion of assembly, the HEADPLATE(14) does not sit on top of the first WEIGHTPLATE(43), push the, P L ATE( 14 ) down,insert the WEIGHTSTACKP IN (39) and performseveral repetitions at the press station. This will relax cable system and prevent the HEADPLATE(14) from lifting up. See FIGURE17.
¯If after completingprevious step, the HEADPLATE(14) still does not sit on top of the first WEIGHTPLATE(44) or if there excess slack in the cable system, adjust the threaded end of the L ATCABLE(15) and the LOWROWCABLE(16) acco~rdingly retighten thejamnut. See FIGURE17.
¯Makesure all connectionsare tight and secure.
