STEP 5:
¯Insert four CAPPLUGS(21) into the bottom end & top end of the two GUIDERODS(9) as shownin FIGURE
¯Securely assemble the WEIGHTSTACKSHAFT(13) to the HEADPLATE(14) using one 3/8 X
¯Insert two GUIDERODS(9) into the WEIGHTSTACKBASE(7) as shown on FIGURE5. (NOTE: Lubricate GUIDE
(9)with silicon or teflon spray available at mosthardwarestores.)
¯Slide two WEIGHTSTACKCUSHIONS(19) down over the GUIDERODS(9).
¯Using EXTREMECAREslide all twenty WEIGHTPLATES(43) down over the GUIDERODS(9) on to the WEIGHTSTACK CUSHIONS(19). Makesure that the keyholes of the WEIGHTPLATES(43) are all facing the right
¯CAREFULLYslide the HEADPLATEASSEMBLYdown over the GUIDERODS(9) onto the WEIGHTSTACK.
¯Attach the WEIGHTSTACKLABELS(10) to the WEIGHTSTACK.Also insert the WEIGHTSTACKSELECTORPIN (39) the fn'st WEIGHTPLATE(43) of the WEIGHTSTACK.
