¯Insert two 2" SQ ENDCAPS(36) Into the ends of the UPRIGHT(1) as shown in FIGURE

¯SECURELYassemble the LOWROWATTACHMENT(5) and the UPRIGHT(1) to the POWERRACKusing Vz¢o 3/8 X 3-1/4" BOLTS(27), four 3/8" WASHERS(31), and two 3/8" LOCKNUTS(32). See FIGURE
