To select a monitor:
1. Log on to the system using the Administrator password.
2. Select Monitor Setup from the Setup menu option. The Monitor Setup window will appear.
3. Enter the required monitor number using the numeric keys on the keyboard then click OK.
4. When complete, save the changes (refer to Saving Files).
3.6.4 Menu Access
The Menu Access window (illustrated in Figure 3-13) determines which commands can be executed by op-
erators. Each option in the window has a selection box next to it. When a cross is displayed in the box, the
option is available (ON). If the box is empty, the option is unavailable (OFF).

Option Commands operators can execute if option is ON

Set time and date
This allows operators to set the time and date.
Program Macros
This allows operators to program temporary macros.
Program preset
This allows operators to program preset camera positions.
Enable video loss
This allows operators to turns the video loss feature ON/OFF.
Camera Lock
This allows operators to lock cameras.
Move Windows
This allows operators to resize and move the Graphic Controller window.
Switch Programs
This allows operators to switch between programs running on the computer.
Exit Programs
This allows operators to exit the Graphic Controller program.
