Unless otherwise specified, select MSC when connecting this camera to a computer.

Connecting the Camera and the ComputerConnect your camera to the computer using the provided USB cable.

3 Connect your camera to the computer using the USB cable.

Face the }mark on the USB cable towards the 4 mark on the camera, and connect the cable to the PC/AV terminal.

4 Turn your camera on.

The camera is recognized by the computer.

If the batteries run out of power while images are being transferred to the computer, the image data may be lost or damaged. When connecting your camera to the computer, use of the AC adapter kit K-AC129 (optional) is recommended (p.32).
