1Installing the Batteries

Started Getting

Install the batteries into the camera. Use four AA alkaline, AA lithium or AA Ni-MH batteries.

1 Open the battery/card cover.

1 Slide the battery/card cover lock lever in the direction of the arrow to unlock.

2 Slide the battery/card cover in the direction of the arrow to open the cover.

2 Insert the batteries according to the (+)/(–) indicators in the battery compartment.

Make sure to check the direction of the batteries. If the batteries are incorrectly oriented, the power of the camera is not turned on, and malfunction may result.
