Setting the Date Imprint

Set the date to be imprinted on your pictures.

1 Press the MENU button in Capture mode.

The [A Rec. Mode] menu appears.

2 Use the four-way controller (23) to select [Date Imprint].

3 Use the four-way controller (45) to select [O (On)/P (Off)].

4 Press the shutter release button halfway.

Pictures Taking

The camera is ready for taking pictures.

The imprinted date is part of the recorded image. You cannot remove it from the recorded image.
