Kleurtemperatuur (Color Temperature)

Een manier om de kleur van een uitstralende bron te beschrijven, uitgedrukt als de temperatuur (in Kelvin-graden) van een zwart lichaam die met dezelfde dominerende frequentie uitstraalt als de bron.

De meeste Philips-monitors bieden de mogelijkheid de kleurtemperatuur op elke gewenste waarde in te stellen.
