A. Het zou kunnen zijn dat uw grafische adapter niet compatibel is met SmartControl. Als uw grafische adapter overeenkomt met een van de bovengenoemde merken, probeer dan de nieuwste grafische-adapterdriver te downloaden van de website van de betreffende onderneming. Installeer de driver. Verwijder SmartControl en installeer het opnieuw.

Als e.e.a. nog steeds niet werkt, betekent dit helaas dat uw grafische adapter niet wordt ondersteund. Houd de Philips-website in de gaten voor een eventueel beschikbare update van de SmartControl driver.
