which you want to block viewing, then press

4 ENTER once. If you press ENTER again, the

subratings for that category will appear.

Details are on pages 45-46.

When you select the rating category and set it to

BLOCK, the higher ratings will turn to BLOCK

automatically. Lower ratings will turn to VIEW.

When you set “TV-Y” to VIEW (or BLOCK), all

ratings will turn to VIEW (or BLOCK) automatically.

The V-CHIP settings will be retained after a power failure (except the access code reverts to 0000).
