causes condensation. Make sure that the air quality sensor is clean and dry

You haven’t removed all packaging material from the filters. Make sure that you have removed all packaging material.

Perhaps you did not press the filter reset button properly. Plug in the appliance, press the on/off button and press the filter reset button with a flat tool.

The built in quality sensor has determined that the air quality is good and that the air does not need to be cleaned anymore. When the air quality deteriorates, the appliance starts running at a low fan speed and noise level so that the energy consumption is minimised.
