[Display Panel]: Change the bright ness of the display panel of the p layer.
[Auto St andby]: Enable or disa ble auto standby. If enabl ed, the player switches to s tandby after
30 minutes of inac tivity (for example, in p ause or stop mode).
[VCD PBC]: Display or skip th e content menu for VCD and SVCD.
Note
If your preferr ed language is not avail able for disc language , audio or subtitle , you can select [Ot her] from
the menu options a nd input 4-digi t language code which c an be found at the back of thi s user manual.
If you select a lang uage which is not availa ble on a disc, this player us es the default lang uage of the disc.
Advanced options (clear memory...)
1 Press .
2 Select [Setup] > [Advanced] to access the ad vanced setup options.
[BD-Live Security]: Restrict or a llow access to BD-Live (only fo r non-commercial, us ers-
created BD- Live discs).
[Software Update]: Select to update softw are from a network or f rom USB storage dev ice.
[Clear memory]: Delete the previ ous BD-Live downlo ad on the USB storage dev ice. A “BUDA”
folder is automati cally created to stor e the BD-Live downlo ad.
[DivX® VOD Code]: Display the DivX® reg istration code or the d eregistratio n code for this
player.
[Version Info.]: Display the software ver sion of this player.
[Restore default settings]: Reset this player to the default set tings made at the factor y.
Note
You cannot restri ct Internet acces s on commercial Blu- ray discs.
Before you purch ase DivX videos and play th em on this player, regist er this player on ww w.divx.com with
the DivX VOD code.
You cannot reset a pare ntal control set ting to the default v alue.
