3 Get started

Load the Micro SD card

1 Flap open the protecti ve cover on the
Micro SD card socket.
2 Insert the Micro SD c ard into the socket.
Ensure that the the Micro S D card is •
not write-protected.
Ensure that the metal co ntact of the •
card faces down.
3 Close the protective cover secu rely.

Turn on

For first-time users, a menu for date »
and time setting appears (See ‘’Get
started - Set the date and time).
The camcorder switches to viewfinder »
mode.
To turn off the camcorder:
Press and hold • .
The backlight on the display panel »
turns off.
In play mode, switch to vie wfinder •
mode.
