[Aspect Ratio]

The TV format determines the aspect ratio of display according to the type of TV you have connected.

•[4:3]

For 4:3 screen TV: wide-screen display with black bars on the top and bottom of the screen.

•[16:9]

For wide-screen TV: display ratio 16:9.

[TV Display]

This setting allows you to scale the picture to fi t the TV width and/or height.

•[Fill]: Scale the picture to fi ll the screen height.

•[Original]: Fit the original screen size (for JPEG only).

•[Height Fit]: Scale the picture to fi t the screen height.

•[Width Fit]: Scale the picture to fi t the screen width.

•[Auto Fit]: Take the minimum value of horizontal and vertical fi t scale ratio (like letter box).

•[Pan Scan]: Take the maximum value of horizontal and vertical fi t scale ratio.

[TV System]

Change this setting if the video does not appear correctly. By default, this setting matches the most common setting for TVs in your country.

•[NTSC]: For NTSC-system TV.

•[PAL]: For PAL-system TV.

•[Multi]: For TV that is compatible with both PAL and NTSC.

[Smart Picture]

Select a predefi ned set of picture color settings or customize the personal setting.

•[Standard]

Original color setting.

•[Bright]

Vibrant color setting.

•[Soft]

Warm color setting.

•[Personal]

Customise the color setting. Set the level of brightness, contrast, tint and color saturation.

•[Brightness]: Press to set a value between -20 and +20 (0 by default).

•[Contrast]: Press to set a value between -16 and +16 (0 by default).

•[Tint]: Press to set a value between -9 and +9 (0 by default).

•[Color]: Press to set a value between -9 and +9 (0 by default).

[JPEG Interval]

Select a display interval for JPEG images.
