14 Troubleshooting
If SA075 is not working properly or the display
freezes, you can reset it without losing data:
How do I reset SA075?
Insert a pen tip or othe r object into
the reset hole located at t he bottom of
SA075. Hold until the player shu ts down.
If the reset option is unsucce ssful, follow
the steps how to recover SA075 wit h the
Philips Device Manager:
1 On your computer, select Star t >
Programs > Philips Digital Audio Player
> SA075 Device Manager > Philips
Device Manager to launch the Ph ilips
Device Manager.
2 Turn off SA075 before you continue.
3 Press and hold the volume bu tton
while you connect SA075 to your
compu ter.
4 Keep holding the key until the P hilips
Device Manager acknowled ges SA075
and enters the recover y mode.
5 On the computer, click the Repair
button and follow the ins tructions of the
Philips Device Manager to compl ete the
recovery process.
6 When the recovery is comp leted,
disconnect SA075 from your com puter.
7 Restart SA075.
