Connect GoGear Vibe to a computer

1 Connect the USB plug of th e supplied
USB cable to a spare USB por t on your
compu ter.
2 Connect the small USB pl ug of the USB
cable to the small USB jack on G oGear
Vibe.
3 Turn on your computer.
GoGear Vibe charges. »

Battery level indication

The display indicates the a pproximate levels of
the battery st atus as follows:
100% 75% 50% 25% 0%
A ashing battery screen indicates that »
the battery is low. The player saves
all settings and switches off within 60
seconds.

Rechargeable bat teries have a limite d number •
of charge cycles. Bat tery life and num ber of
charge cycles vary b y use and settings .

You can conserve batter y power and increa se •
the play time of the GoGea r Vibe if you go to
> [Display settings] > [Scr een off timer]
and ensure that the sho rtest timer s etting is

transfer Napster m edia les for GoGear
Vibe)
Important:
Remember to install t he software provi ded in
the supplied CD-ROM fo r music and/or video
tran sfer.
Important: Before install ing the software,
check that your computer mee ts the
requirements (see sec tion System
requirements in this user manu al).
1 Connect GoGear Vib e to your computer.
2 Insert the CD that com es with GoGear
Vibe into the CD-ROM dr ive of your
compu ter.
3 Follow the on-screen ins tructions to
complete the installat ion of the software .
If the installation pr ogram fails to star t
automatically:
1 Browse the CD contents wi th Windows
Expl orer.
2 Double click on the le that en ds with
‘.exe’.
Connect and charge
GoGear Vibe has a built-in battery that can be
charged through the USB port of a computer
(USB cable included).
