Maintenance

Cleaning

Always unplug the 3-in-1 Steaming Centre from the mains and allow it to cool down before cleaning it.

All parts of the 3-in-1 Steaming Centre except the base (10) can be washed in a dishwasher.

Do not immerse the base (10), cable (6), or plug in water or any other liquid. Clean the base (10) with a damp cloth.

Do not use cleaning or scouring agents.

Limescale (hard water deposits) should be removed.To do this, pour a solution of 1 part of vinegar in 4 parts of water (a total of about 60 ml) into the base (10), the container (3), or the steaming bowl (16).Wait until the limescale has dissolved completely.Then rinse out well and wipe with a damp cloth.

Solving problems

If a fault occurs, first check the points below. If you are unable to solve the problem by following these hints, please contact the helpline or consult your dealer. Under no circumstances should you try to repair the 3-in-1 Steaming Centre yourself; doing so will invalidate the guarantee.

ProblemSolution
