UHF (Ultra high frequen cy)
In radio or TV broadc asting: it is the fre quency
range of electromag netic waves which lies
between 300 MHz and 3 G Hz (3000 MHz).

VHF (Very high frequency)
In radio or TV broadc asting: it is the fre quency
range of electromag netic waves which lies
between 30 MHz and 30 0 MHz.

Female connector
A female connector is a connec tor attached
to a wire, cable, or piece of ha rdware, having
one or more recessed holes w ith electrical
terminals inside, an d constructed in such a
way that a plug with exposed con ductors
(male connector ) can be inser ted snugly into
it to ensure a reliable phy sical and electric al
connection.

(DTV) signals are use d, requiring less
bandwidth due to digit al video compression .
