MODE1 is effective for low compression rates,

3 TurnM.C. to select the function.
Afterselecting, perform the following proce-

!TheiPod’s battery will be charged if the igni-
tionswitch is set to ACC or ON, while con-
nected.
!Whilethe iPod is connected to this unit, the
iPodcannot be turned on or off unless the
controlmode is set to IPOD.
!Disconnectheadphones from the iPod before
connectingto this unit.
!TheiPod will turn off about two minutes after
theignition switch is set to OFF.
