a. Attach handle to flange |
assembly. NOTE: Screws |
must be inserted from the |
inside of hose reel and |
secured with nuts on the |
outside as shown. Tighten |
securely. |
e.Make a loop in hose as shown. Place hose into hose clamp (3), squeeze hose clamp together, slide onto long screw post, and secure with nut (4). Tighten securely. NOTE: Do not overbend or kink hose.
b. Bolt hose reel to reel bracket |
as shown. Tighten securely. |

f. Turn handle and reel hose onto reel.
c. Apply sealant tape to swivel end of high pressure hose.

d. Feed high pressure hose through slot (1) in flange assembly and connect to swivel (2). Tighten securely.

g.Attach hose reel inlet to high pressure pump.
