Choosing QUICKSTART
1. While the Precor banner scrolls, press QUI CKSTART to begin the
Manual Program.
QUICKSTART applies the following defaults:

the resistance and ramp incline.

comfortable stride rate between 100 and 160 strides per minute.
To use the SmartRate feature, you need to specify your age.
In this case, press the OPTIONS key and follow the prompts to
address your weight and age. You can use the navigational arrow
keys to change the blinking number prompts. Press OK to confirm
your age.
