SIMPLE TROUBLESHOOTING

1.LEDnotlit:checktheconnectionofpowercordpressthemainpowerbutton.

2.Noinputsignal:checktheconnectionofsignalcable.

3.Thedisplayhasacolorerror,checkthepinsofthesignalcable.

4.Degaussingproblems,Whenoperatingthemonitor,usersmayfindoutthatputtingthe monitorindifferentlocationsorswitchingdirectionsmayrenderthescreen’sdisplay colorsabnormal.Itiscausedbytheinfluenceoftheearth’smagneticfield.Afteryou push the “DEGAUSS”key,thecolorsshouldbecomenormalagain.

5.Ifthedisplaybecomesabnormalduetoanelectrostaticanomaly,switchthepowerswitch onthemonitoroffwaitforfiveseconds,thenonthemonitorshouldfunctionnormally.

6.NopictureonVGA1orVGA2(ifconnected).Monitormaybeinstandbymode.Make certainyourcomputerissettooutputasignaltothemonitor,anditiswithinthe frequencyrangeoftheTseriesmonitor.RefertoPage2andAppendixB.

Ifthecomputerissettooutputasignaltothemonitor,movethemouseorperform keystrokefunctionstobringthemonitoroutofstandby(sleep)mode.
