STEP#3: PECDECKARMSANDCABLESINSTALLATION
'1.Attachone Pec DeckArm (87)and the LeftPec DeckAdjustingPlate(88)to the Pec DeckSupport Frame(62)usinga bolt(52),twowashers(90)anda nut(92)asshownTighten.theboltssecurely.
2.AttachtheotherPecDeckArm (87)andthe RightPecDeckAdjustingPlate(100)to the PecDeck SupportFrame(62)usinga bolt(52),twowashers(90)anda nut(92)as shownTighten.the bolts securely.
3.Fastenthetwoendsof the PecDeckCable(721tothecamarmsof thetwo PecDeckArms(87)using twoshoulderbolts(102)as shownTighten.theboltssecurely.
4.LaytheLowRowConnectorCable(96)ontothepulley(99)locatedinthelowerpositionoftheDouble PulleyAssembly(78)sothatthelooseendpointsto thefrontof themachineandtheninsertthecable endbetweentheretainingtabsof thePecDeckFreePulleyCover(66)andaligntheholesandsecure witha bolt(106),twowashers(90)anda nut(92).
5.LaytheLowRowConnectorCable(96)undera pulley(99)andpressdownintothepulleysocket(B) on backof the PecDeckSupportPost(16)andalignthe holes.Inserta bolt(95)intothe holesand securewithtwowashers(90)andnut(92).
6.SlidetheLegFrame(103)downintothesocket(C)locatedon the leftsideof thePecDeckSupport Post(16)asshownPull.thehandleonthescrewdownpullpin(68)previouslyinstalledThis.willallow the Leg Frame('103)to slidedown.Releasethe pin to lockin placeand secureby turningknob clockwise.
7.Slidea FoamRoller(104)ontoeachsideof the LegFrame(103)andinserta RollerRetainingCap (101)intoeachsideof thetube.
8.SlidetheFootBoard(94)intothesocket(D)locatedonthebottomofthe PecDeckSupportPost(16) asshownPull.thehandleon thescrewdownpullpin(68)previouslyinstalledThis.willallowtheFoot Board(94)to slidein.Releasethepinto lockin placeandsecurebyturningknobclockwise.
9.Attachthe BackrestCushion(98)to the PecDeckSupportPost(16)usingtwo bolts(108)andtwo washers(36).Tightentheboltssecurely.
10.Attachthe Arm Pads(97)to the PecDeckArms(87)usingfourAllenBolts(105)and fourrubber bumperwashers(107)asshownTighten.theboltssecurely.
11. Connectthe LowRowPullBar(93)to the LowRowConnectorCable(96)usingtwocableclips(89) anda Chain(91) .
12.ConnecttheLatPullBar(109)to theLatCable(80)usinga cableclip(89).
IMPORTANT:1. Before each use, check the Cable Clips (89) on the end of the cables to ensure they are securely fastened.
2.Before each use, pull the cables a few times to be sure that the cables move smoothly over the pulleys. lf the cables do not move smoothly, find and correct the problem.
3.For safety,when the Lat Pull Bar ('t09)is not being used either remove it completely or leave it attached to the cable and rest it in the bar holder provided on the lat support rail (76).
4.Note: In this manual when referring to Left and Right side of unit, the left and right perspectiveare from the outside, facing the front of the unit.
