TROUBLESHOOTING

If you experience problems with your TAD, try the suggestions in this section. If you still have problems, contact your local RadioShack store for assistance.

If your TAD stops working properly, remove the AC adapter and the battery from the TAD, then reinstall them.

Note: The outgoing messages and all information stored in memory are erased when you reset the TAD.
