4.Press flash/delete button to erase the record. The display shows DELETED for two seconds and confirms the deletion. You will hear a confirmation tone.

DELETING ALL CID RECORDS
To delete all of the Caller ID records in memory:
1. Make sure the phone is OFF (not in talk mode).
