CONNECTING THE ANTENNA OR CABLE
Antenna or Basic Cable
Connect the RF coaxial cable from your antenna or cable TV wall jack to the IN (FROM ANT.) jack on the back panel of the home theater system.
Cable Box or Satellite Receiver
Connect an RF coaxial cable from the output jack of your cable box or satellite receiver to the IN (FROM ANT.) jack on the back panel of the home theater system. With this arrangement, use your cable box or satellite receiver to select channels.
CONNECTING THE AM/FM ANTENNAS
AM Antenna
Assemble the supplied AM loop antenna by rotating the base and snapping it into place. Connect the two wires from the AM loop antenna to AM on the back panel. Press down on the thumb levers to insert each wire, and then release to lock the wires in place.
FM Antenna
Connect the supplied FM wire antenna to FM on the back panel. Be sure to fully extend the FM wire antenna. Make use of the small loop at the free end of the antenna to maintain its position. If noise or interference occurs, use an external antenna with a 75 ohm coaxial cable (not included).
CONNECTING THE TV

Connecting the TV to RF (Antenna)
Use this connection if you have an older television with only a basic antenna input.
Connect an RF coaxial cable from the OUT (TO TV) jack on the back panel of the system to the antenna input on your television. Set the RF Output Channel switch on the back panel to 3 or 4 and tune your TV to the same channel.
Connecting the TV to Composite Video
Use this connection for better sound and picture quality if your television has a video input.
Connect an audio/video cable from the LINE OUT (VIDEO) jack on the back panel of the system to the video input on your television. Set your television to view its video input.
Connecting the TV to S-Video
Use this connection for improved picture quality when watching DVD movies.
