Define the extended information of a task. This information is passed to the task as argument when it
is restarted by a queued startup request, for example.

If omitted, numbers are automatically assigned sequentially beginning with the smallest.

2. Selecting an event flag waiting queue

Select a method in which tasks wait for the event flag. If TA_TFIFO is selected, tasks are enqueued in
order of FIFO. If TA_TPRI is selected, tasks are enqueued in order of priority beginning with the one
that has the highest priority.
