How It Works

TDS TV receives digital signals and transmits

them through a set-top box (STB). Use the Universal Remote Control (included) to access and manage your system’s services.

Set-Top Box

There are two set-top box models available, the Scientific Atlanta 330 and the Scientific Atlanta

430.Both models can be enabled to receive HD channels, while the Scientific Atlanta 430 features a Digital Video Recorder (DVR).

The following details are provided for informational purposes only. Do not change or alter any of the equipment installed by TDS.

At times, TDS may need the MAC1 address for your set-top box. This will allow us to provide new services remotely, without sending a technician to your home. The 12-character MAC1 address is printed on the label on the bottom of the STB.
