1.Make sure that your PC and the Rio Advanced Digital Audio Center are both On and connected either via a network or using the included USB cable.

2.Click the Start button in the bottom-left corner of your PC’s desktop.

NOTE: Exit the Rio Advanced Digital Audio Center Menu system before using emplode.

3.Click Programs > Rio emplode > emplode.

The emplode program will open up with the Search screen.

4.When it locates your Rio Advanced Digital Audio Center, click OK.

5.Type in the emplode password.

6.Click OK.

The Main emplode Window displays with the contents of the Rio Advanced Digital Audio Center in the Playlist Column.

7.Double-click on the All Tracks folder to open that folder and to display all of the available tracks on the Rio Advanced Digital Audio Center.

8.Leave that window open on your PC’s desktop.

9.Click on the Start button at the bottom-left of your computer’s desktop.

10.Select Program Files > Windows Explorer.

11.When the Windows Explorer window opens, position it so that you can see both it and the Main emplode window.

12.Locate the folder that contains your existing digital music files in Windows Explorer.

13.Open the music folder.

Hint: For convenience keep all of your digital music files on your computer in one main folder. For example: My Music.
