5 mL de sel

 

 

 

5 mL de poivre noir

1 mL de cannelle

 

 

 

2 mL de muscade

10 mL de paprika

 

 

 

10 mL de graine de céleri

125 mL de basilic frais

 

 

 

500 mL de bouillon de poulet

 

 

 

 

1.Mélangez tous les ingrédients dans pot en grès de la mijoteuse.

2.Couvrez puis faites cuire de 6 à 8 heures à bas ou bien 3 à 4 heures à haut.

1 boîte de crème de champignon condensée

1 boîte à soupe d’eau

1 tranche de jambon d’environ 750 g,

120 g de cheddar râpé en filaments

coupée en cubes

1.Faites des couches de pomme de terre et de jambon dans pot en grès de la mijoteuse que vous aurez préalablement graissé de produit antiadhérent en vaporisateur.

2.Mélangez la soupe, l’eau, le fromage et l’assaisonnement; versez sur les pommes de terre. Faites cuire pendant 3,5 heures à haut puis 1 heure à bas.
