Audio Clock Source

You can choose one of four types of clock source. The current clock source is shown by the front panel SYNC indicator.

In the case of an external source, the indicator will light if synchronization is locked. The indicator will blink if synchronization is not locked

If you’re using SONAR, you can select the clock source parameters as described below.

If you’re using software other than SONAR, use “VS-700R I/O Editor” which is included on the “SONAR V- STUDIO 700 CD-ROM.”

1.From SONAR’s “Tools” menu, open “VS-700.”

2.Select the “MIC PRE” tab.

3.Click the “SYNC” check box to select the clock source.

If you’re adding a second VS-700R unit, set the INTERFACE field to “2.”

These settings are not stored in the VS-700.
