Men selv om skjermbildet ser annerledes ut hos deg, gjelder den samme grunnleggende informasjonen om oppsett i nesten alle tilfeller. 1Høyreklikk på skrivebordet i Windows, og velg Egenskaper. Vinduet Egenskaper for skjerm vises.

2Velg kategorien Innstillinger, og still deretter inn skjermmodus i henhold til tabellen over skjermmodi. Du behøver ikke å endre fargeinnstillingene.

3Klikk Avansert. En ny dialogboks med innstillinger vises.

4Velg kategorien Skjerm, og still deretter inn Skjermoppdateringsfrekvens i henhold til tabellen over skjermmodi. Hvis det er mulig stiller du inn vertikal og horisontal frekvens separat, i stedet for å stille inn Skjermoppdateringsfrekvens.

5Klikk OK for å lukke vinduet, og klikk deretter OK i vinduet Egenskaper for skjerm. Det kan være at datamaskinen må startes på nytt.
