Le microonde sono onde elettromagnetiche ad alta frequenza; l'energia rilasciata permette al cibo di essere cotto o riscaldato senza cambiare né la forma né il colore.

Si può utilizzare il forno a microonde per:

•Scongelare

•Riscaldamento

•Cuocere

Principio di cottura

1.Le microonde generate dal magnetron sono distribuite in modo omogeneo mentre il cibo ruota sul piatto rotante. Il cibo è così cotto uniformemente.

2.Le microonde sono assorbite dal cibo fino a una

profondità di circa 2,5 cm. Quindi la cottura continua mentre il calore è irradiato all'interno del cibo.

3. I tempi di cottura variano in base al recipiente usato e alle proprietà del cibo:

•Quantità e densità

•Contenuto d'acqua

•Temperatura iniziale (refrigerata o meno)

☛Poiché il centro del cibo è cotto per irradiamento di calore, la cottura continua anche quando si è tolto il cibo dal forno. Di conseguenza, i tempi di riposo specificati nelle ricette e in questo libretto devono essere rispettati per assicurare:

•La stessa temperatura in tutto il cibo

✉Il forno deve essere inserito in una presa a muro idonea. Il piatto rotante deve essere in posizione nel forno. Se è utilizzato un livello di potenza diverso da quello massimo (100% - 900 W), l'acqua impiega più tempo a bollire.

Aprire la porta del forno tirando la maniglia sul lato destro della porta. Mettere un bicchiere d'acqua sul piatto rotante. Chiudere la porta.

1.Premere il pulsante Avvio ( ) e impostare il tempo per 4

o 5 minuti premendo il pulsante Avvio ( ) il necessario numero di volte.

Risultato: Il forno riscalda l'acqua per 4 o 5 minuti. Quindi l'acqua deve bollire.
