Fonctionnalités de maintien au chaud

Le tableau suivant répertorie les quatre programmes de maintien au chaud. Il répertorie tous les aliments compatibles avec chacun de ces programmes. Le temps et la température de cuisson sont pré-programmés pour vous faciliter la tâche. Dans ce mode, seul la résistance de chaleur tournante fonctionne par cycle.

				Répartissez uniformément les plats
				sur toute la surface du plateau
				tournant.
				Ne surchargez pas le four (charge
				maxi. : 5,0 kg).

Important :

•N’utilisez jamais cette fonction pour faire réchauffer des aliments froids. Ce programme permet uniquement de maintenir au chaud des aliments déjà cuits.

•Nous vous recommandons de ne pas maintenir un aliment au chaud plus d’une heure, car il continuerait de cuire. La chaleur accélère la détérioration des aliments.

•Il vous est également conseillé de couvrir les boissons et les aliments particulièrement humides. Si vous souhaitez que vos aliments restent croustillants, ne couvrez pas.
