-PCM: Converteert naar PCM (2CH) audio.

-Bitstream: converteert naar Dolby Digitaal of DTS Bitstream wanneer een digitale audio-uitgang wordt gebruikt. Kies voor Bitstream wanneer een Dolby Digital of DTS decoder wordt gebruikt.

Opmerking

-Er is geen analoge audio-uitvoer wanneer u een DTS disk afspeelt.

❷MPEG-2 Digitaal

-PCM: Converteert naar PCM (2CH) audio.

-Bitstream: Converteert naar MPEG-2 Digital Bitstream (5.1CH of 8CH). Selecteer Bitstream als u gebruik maakt van digitale audio-uitvoer.

❸Dynamische Compressie

-Aan : Om dynamische compressie te selecteren.

-Uit : Om het standaardbereik te selecteren..

❹PCM codering

-Aan : Selecteer deze optie als de versterker die op de speler is aangesloten niet 96KHz-compatibel is. De 96KHz-signalen worden nu geconverteerd naar 48KHZ.

-Uit : Selecteer deze optie als de versterker die op de speler is aangesloten 96KHz-compatibel is. Alle sig nalen worden nu onveranderd afgegeven.

Opmerking

Zelfs wanneer PCM-codering is uitgeschakeld

•Sommige disks geven alleen audiocodering af via de digitale uitgangen.

•Het scherm verdwijnt als u op de toets MENU drukt.

❶Normaal/Breedbeeld (TV Aspect)

Afhankelijk van het gebruikte type televisie, kunt u de instellingen voor het beeld aanpassen (beeldformaat).

-4:3 Letter Box: Selecteer deze optie als u het gehele 16:9-scherm wilt zien dat DVD biedt, ook al heeft uw TV een beeldformaat van 4:3. Aan de boven- en onderkant van het scherm ziet u zwarte balken.

-4:3 Pan&Scan: Selecteer deze optie voor conven- tionele tv’s als u het centrale deel van het 16:9-scherm wilt zien. (De uiterste rechter- en linkerkant van het beeld worden afgesneden).

-16:9 Breed (16:9 Wide): U ziet het volledige 16:-beeld op uw breedbeeldtelevisie.

Met deze opties wordt het trillen van het beeld in stil- staande modus voorkomen en kleine tekst scherper weergegeven.

-Auto: Wanneer voor Auto is gekozen, worden de instellingen voor Veld/Frame automatisch bepaald.

-Veld (Field): Kies hiervoor wanneer het beeld in de Auto-stand trilt.

-Frame: Kies hiervoor wanneer u in de Auto-stand kleine letters duidelijker wilt weergeven.

❸Meldingen via TV (Screen Messages)

De weergave van berichten op het scherm Aan of Uit zetten.

❹Zwarting (Black Level)

Hiermee past u de helderheid van het scherm aan.
