Using the Scene mode

In Scene mode, you can capture a photo with options that are preset for a specific scene.

1In Shooting mode, press [M].

2Select s.

Magic Frame	Capture scenes with various frame effects. (p. 40)
Beauty Shot	Capture a portrait with options to hide facial

Intelligent	Automatically extract and save close-up portraits of an

Funny Face	Capture a photo with funny face effects. (p. 42)
Night	Capture scenes at night or in low lighting (using a tripod
	is recommended). (p. 43)

Option	Description
Landscape	Capture still-life scenes and landscapes.
Text	Clearly capture text from printed or electronic
	documents.
Sunset	Capture scenes at sunset, with natural-looking reds and
	yellows.
Dawn	Capture scenes at sunrise.
Backlight	Capture backlit subjects.
Beach & Snow	Reduce underexposure of subjects caused by sunlight
	reflected from sand or snow.

•To change a scene mode, press [m], and then select s. You can select any of the scenes listed.

Align your subject in the frame, and then half-press [Shutter] to focus.

Press [Shutter] to capture the photo.
