Diafragma

Diafragmas atvērums - caurums, kas kontrolē kamerā nonākošās gaismas daudzumu, ir viens no trim faktoriem, kas nosaka ekspozīciju. Diafragmas korpuss satur plānas metāla plāksnītes, kas atveras un aizveras, lai cauri diafragmai ielaistu gaismu kamerā. Diafragmas atvēruma izmērs ir cieši saistīts ar fotoattēla spilgtumu: jo lielāks diafragmas atvērums, jo spilgtāks fotoattēls; jo mazāks diafragmas atvērums, jo tumšāks fotoattēls.

Diafragmas atvēruma izmēru apzīmē vērtība„F skaitlis.” F skaitlis apzīmē fokusēšanas attālumu, ko sadala objektīva diametrs. Piemēram, ja objektīva ar 50 mm fokusēšanas attālumu f skaitlis ir F2, diafragmas atvēruma diametrs ir 25 mm. (50 mm/25 mm=F2) Jo mazāks f skaitlis, jo lielāks diafragmas atvēruma izmērs.

Diafragmas atvēruma atvere aprakstīta kā ekspozīcijas vērtība (EV). Palielinoties ekspozīcijas vērtībai (+1 EV), dubultojas gaismas daudzums. Samazinoties ekspozīcijas vērtībai (-1 EV), uz pusi samazinās gaismas daudzums. Varat izmantot ekspozīcijas kompensācijas funkciju, lai precizētu gaismas daudzumu, sadalot ekspozīcijas vērtības 1/2, 1/3, EV utt.
